What to include

JellyWorms runs across browser and mobile app surfaces, so support needs to know where the issue happened. For example, a web ad question, an Android purchase question, and an iPhone account question can use different platform logs.

  • Nickname or account email if available
  • Whether you used browser, Android, or iOS
  • Device model, OS, app version, or browser
  • For purchases or rewards: item name, receipt details when available, and approximate time

Safety reports

Friend chat, nicknames, friend requests, and match activity may be reviewed when abuse is reported.

Include screenshots or exact nicknames if available, but avoid sending passwords, full payment card numbers, or unrelated personal information.
