Account deletion

How to request deletion of your JellyWorms account and account-linked data.

In the app

Use the in-app flow when you can still sign in. This is the fastest way to verify which account should be deleted.

The confirmation step is intentional because deletion affects saved progress, inventory, friends, mailbox state, ranking data, and other account-linked records.

  • Sign in and open Settings
  • Go to Account
  • Choose Delete account
  • Type the confirmation word shown in the app and confirm the request

No app access

If you cannot access the app, contact contact@disupper.com from the email connected to your account where possible. Include your nickname, login provider, platform, and any details that help identify the account.

If you played only as a guest, there may be less account-linked information to identify. Support may ask for extra details such as device, platform, or approximate play time before acting on the request.

Records deleted or retained

Deletion targets account profile, friend relationships, friend chat linkage, inventory, equipped items, mailbox state, and current ranking data connected to the account.

Some records may be kept for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, legal obligations, or backup integrity.

Before requesting deletion

Check whether there are unresolved purchase, reward, or support questions tied to the account. Deletion can make later account recovery or history review harder because the request is designed to remove account-linked service data.
