How to request deletion of your JellyWorms account and account-linked data.

In the app
Use the in-app flow when you can still sign in. This is the fastest way to verify which account should be deleted.
- Sign in and open Settings
- Go to Account
- Choose Delete account
- Type the confirmation word shown in the app and confirm the request
No app access
If you cannot access the app, contact [email protected] from the email connected to your account where possible. Include your nickname, login provider, platform, and any details that help identify the account.
Records deleted or retained
Deletion targets account profile, friend relationships, friend chat linkage, inventory, equipped items, mailbox state, and current ranking data connected to the account.
Some records may be kept for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, legal obligations, or backup integrity.
